Summary: I received this phone and it worked well for about 10 days and then it just went off and would not come back on. However, it still vibrated the entire time it was off. I even tried to put a new battery in the phone, and it still would not come on.
Summary: Purchased several Straight Talk Samsung Galaxy phones for my family for the holidays. One of them had an issue after 3 months so I called to get info on how we can send it in under its warranty. Turns out StraightTalk (Tracfone) doesn't repair phones they replace them. I normally don't have an issue with overseas call centers however theirs is staffed by some of the poorest English speaking reps ever. You have to explain things at times repeatedly.
Summary: I ordered this phone expecting to have a great experience with it, but as soon as I received it and inserted my att go phone sims card in it, it said no registered network....It won't let me make phone calls or anything! I'm really upset with this problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening??? I know that my sims card works because it was working perfectly fine in my other phone and the Note is supposedly suppose to be unlocked..
Summary: Here I goofed. I ordered this thinking I was getting a Note 2. When I returned the product, I paid the shipping out of my pocket. The company that provided the product charged me over $40 for shipping and restocking.
Summary: THE PHONE ITSELF HAS MAJOR PROBLEMS SUCH AS SCREEN TEAR, AUTOMATIC SHUT DOWN, AND BATTERY FAST USAGE WHEN NOT OPERATING ANY SOFTWARE. ALSO, IT DOES NOT HAVE US WARRANTY SO BUYERS HAVE TO SENT IT TO LATIN AMERICA TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. AND THE SELLER INSISTS NOT ACCEPTING THE RETURN BY SIMPLY SAYS "IT HAS PASSED THE 30 DAY RETURN WINDOW" EVEN THOUGH ITS ONLY THE PHONE`S PROBLEM. GUESS HE JUST WANT THE MONEY. WELL, THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT.
"Worst phone ever, will go back to iphone when 5 is out."

Pros: Display is great, it is NOT to big to use, even with small hands. Camera is good. Glad to be away from synching with itunes.
Cons: Often unresponsive to touch, must be turned off & on to work. ATT shows my usage has gone up x5 in the 3 months I've had it yet I use it far less than my old phone. Real hassle to get to missed calls & msgs ect compared to iphone. Slow & time
Summary: "Buttons on the sides are vulnerable and keep getting touched when you are in the middle of doing something. Wont connect to my hotspot on my laptop so cant do VoIP calls via laptop hotspot whe laptop is connected to your router. Wish I had gotten a iPhone.
Cons: Quirky Android 2.3 has a hard time displaying pages. Either too big or too small. Short battery life, long recharging time. Oddly placed buttons, while adjusting volume my thumb hits the power button on opposite side. Too big for pockets.
