Summary: I do not recommend this Telephone. The screen freezes very often in the mid of a communication and does not allow you to move from that window. And the battery is so bad that I purchased 3 new replacements within two years time. Now I have put this telephone aside because it does accept to recharge . I am very disappointed with this Samsung.
Summary: This phone is probably a pretty good phone when its Brand New. Unfortunately the one US Wireless sold me was listed as NEW, but when it arrived, it was non-functioning. I called AT&T technical assistance for help, and they immediately asked me for the IMEI number on the phone. They then explained that the broken phone US Wireless sold me was not NEW, and that it was a refurbished phone that was over 2 years old.
Cons: This phone is cheap feeling and the did not work as advertised. It might have been a refurbished unit because there were problems with both charging and the unit seemed to want to reboot itself of a regular basis. This phone marketed as the same as a Note 3, but it certainly seemed to be filled with problems. As well, it is supposed to have an excellent high speed chip set, yet operated as slow as my 3-year old HTC.
GREAT PHONE TO BUY FROM ANOTHER SOURCE BUT BE AWARE OF U.S. WIRELESS.

Summary: The phones sold as "New" were actually either used or refurbished. When the phones arrived, the batteries were used, one of the battery was actually bubbled and the data wires sold as new were used and placed in box with a rubber band. Bought 2 phones from them and both were in similar condition with different style of chargers that were out of original wrapping.
Summary: I was an iphone user since the day the iphone came out years ago and have upgraded to new iphones every year. I liked it but definitely felt like I missed a lot of the functions I had with my pocket pc's (customization, etc.) If you don't care about customizing or a smaller display, nothing wrong with the iphone. Depends on what you like. A few months ago I switched from the iphone to the Galaxy SII and loved the change.
