Phone broke and company won't help me
The Donz, Amazon
30 June 2013
Summary: This phone kept turning off even with battery life remaining. Contacted the seller and they would not help me with the problem. I will be contacting Samsung as it seems the problem is a hardware malfunction. I just wish I could have worked it out with the seller.
Summary: Love this device because it can be handled as a phone or a small tablet. It's is arguable that it is mainly a phone but its functions says otherwise. I use it as a tablet first for prodction, school work, etc. then phone secondary, for, of course, for communication/text, calls, etc. It is the a perfect size if you don't think of it as a phone only (and folks seem intimidated by "big phones").
Excerpt: Originally I was skeptical about getting this enormous phone. Prior to this phone, I had used an iPhone 4 so you can imagine the adjustment from a 3.5 inch screen to a 5.3 inch screen. However, I got used to it within a few days. The phone might be a bit uncomfortable to use if you have small hands. The Note2 does feel quite a bit better in comparison to the Note1, though.
Pros: Big screen, Good camera, Gets attention from other people (Good or bad, I'm not sure), Replaceable batteries
Cons: Battery wasn't that great, Can be uncomfortable for one handed use
Summary: This is branded AT&T and has all the bands that AT&T uses around the country. I bought this phone for my dad and we hooked it up with Straight Talk Prepaid which is a T-mobile MVNO and runs through T-mobile's networks. T-mobile has recently expanded its network to encompass extra bands in select markets, which means this phone will have full "4G" on T-mobile's HSPA+ as well as on T-mobile's LTE network.
Pros: Fantastic piece of tech. The screen is amazing, even better than the Note 2 (which I have). The phone is very fast, has a ton of RAM and can run everything at the Google Play marketplace without *any* issues. Price was great too, considering the phone is unlocked, with unlimited everything plans costing 40-60$ these days its a way better solution than going on a $100/m 2-year contract. Phone came in perfect condition, even though the box has been opened in order to un...
Cons: The batter life could be better, although I think it gets better over time (just the way the battery chip and android works). My Note II gets way way better battery life.
Excerpt: at first, I doubt what samsung want to do with this "gigantic" phone or "mini" tablet. But, I always been a gadget fans, so I decided to take it. and the result...can't even leave it alone, for daily use it's excellent, the camera, the s-Note, the memo, calendar, all apps are very useful for my jobs, it make everything easier, but one my complaints just the battery usage, but it's okay...good job samsung.....
Pros: Good Camera, Easy to write with s-pen, Great to hear music with, Big display, easy to read websites
Cons: Needed a bigger battery perhaps, Need more RAM
Summary: I must start by saying "I love my new phablet". To be honest the seller did not truely described how pristine the device was; literally. The package included a brand new charger, protective screen and a hard case. I must say I got more than what I payed for.
