Poor Service. Note 3 definitely has poor service problem

LilyG, Samsung

  • Summary: I bought my Note 3 last Fall. It works fine at the location I usually live. I have a summer place which is 20 minutes away. My Note 3 has very bad signals. I could not even place a call out. The battery goes dead very quick. I had iPhone before which I had no trouble at both locations. The rest of my families all have iPhones. Nobody has troubles at the summer house.
  • Pros: camera
  • Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, worst signals

Very Fragile Product, Needs extra care, more than average care!

  • Summary: I was so impressed by the Note 3 that I purchased one in November 2013. A great phone with great features. The large screen and the excellent camera is what I really loved. A couple of days ago, my opinion totally changed. My device went totally dead. A hairline mark appeared deep inside the screen. The touch screen blacked out and stopped working. There was a safety cover and screen guard always. The device is usually inside my laptop bag.
  • Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
  • Cons: Did not meet expectations, too fragile

OMG I LOVED IT... but only for two months

  • Summary: I Loved this phone... it exceeded my expectations exponentially and all in all is an awesome phone. I knew right away that I would have no problems with the size because I have large hands but I can see how some people would be overwhelmed by its massive screen. The features on the phone were a lot of fun and it ran so fast (faster than my netbook) that I found myself using it more than any other electronic in my arsenal.
  • Cons: Did not meet expectations, fragile screen, gets too hot when charging causing much damage

Problems can't be fixed

samsungdisappointsME, Samsung
19 May 2014
  • Summary: Have had problems with the phone that simply can't be fixed without erasing everything and starting from scratch ... not about to do that under any circumstance ... have found my own work around and will simply manage with this phone until I can trade up elsewhere. What a disappointment.
  • Cons: Did not meet expectations

Be Careful - This is NOT the Note 3 Proper

Johnny Saigon®, Amazon
23 April 2014
  • Summary: This Note 3 Neo just came out recently. Here is what's different from the Note 3 proper: * The Neo's screen size is 5.5", while the Note 3 proper has 5.7". * The Neo has a 1280 x 720 resolution(720p), not the 1920 x 1080 in the Note 3 proper(1080p). So the screen actually has the same specs as the Galaxy Note 2. * The Neo has a Exynos 5260 hexa-core processor(6 cores), not 8 cores like in the Exynos octa-core Note 3.
