Excerpt: okay phone for the high price, older version of android (4.1), cheap samsung design, too big, too heavy not practical ,by adding few more bugs you can buy much better phones, don't bye it...................................................
Summary: Just got the phone and looking to sell it and buy something else. The battery life is very poor. Have to keep on constantly charging it throughout the day. Could not get to change the phone on time before 15 days of purchasing it, so AT & T replaced the battery after 30 days and it keeps on happening. I was told that the next step would be to re-do the software and give me a refurbished model and that the average battery life for this phone is really 3-4 hours.
Low pixel density = large size is useless. S-Pen is great. Wait for Note 3.

Summary: I love everything about this phone except for one HUGE issue which makes it completely pointless. The pixel density on the screen is so low that even though the phone is huge, I can't actually do any more with the space. When the Note III comes out with 400 ppi pixel density then I will buy it in an instant, because I love the large form factor and i LOVE the S PEN!!!
Summary: My pc got hardware ID missing alarm when note 2 connected thru USB port. I have tried 3 different PC ( one xp, two win 7), none of them is working. After replaced a new phone, xp is kind of working now. Win 7 machine still can not connect with note 2. I have tried all different stuff, uninstall/install USB driver/Kies. None of them is working.
Summary: I like the sound on this phone most of my Samsung products volume for speakers is not very good. The wi-fi features seems to be stuck on scan and drains the battery. The clock alarm is going on incorrectly. The ringer starts on its own, no call coming in, no alarm, no way to turn it off. I have to shut off the phone to get it to turn off.
Summary: The main reason I upgraded my phone was because my old phone was running out of storage space. Now I have a great new phone with a 64 bit card but I can't use it to sync files because Jelly Bean will not allow Windows to assign the card a drive letter. Give me back the removable disk option!
Summary: I just got mine 2 weeks ago while renewing my contract with Verizon. This morning as I was leaving my house......when I sat down in my car I felt a strange popping. I pulled my phone out of my back pocket to find that by merely sitting on it in my vehicle seat, it broke the glass lens! I paid a bit much for this item and am quite disappointed with it's durability! Buyers Beware!
