Summary: ok i work in electronics and ive been selling phones for over 2 years so i know my material. well i dont know what is up with my note 2 but for the last year the wifi never turns on the connection of it will not turn on same as the bluetooth so i cant even connect my car to my phone!!it freezes up its slower than the first iphone haha and i have to restart it and pull the battery atleast 10 times in a day so itll work. the back buttons never work.
The phone just went dead after 9 months of purchase and the seller does not respond to calls.

Summary: I had to go back to the Samsung store where they told me that the motherboard needs replacing - out of the blue! And they would only do it free of charge if I can produce proof of purchase/warranty. The invoice I have doesn't carry a part# or an REM# and the warranty card was never signed/stamped by the seller.
Summary: I paid for the phone $640 and used it for 9 months when it stopped working. As I found out FGS Trading doesn't provide any assistance in fixing your phone after 30 days saying that "I am sorry to hear this, but we never advertise that these phones have warranties. Mobiles do not come with warranty, that is why Best Buy, ATT offer you insurance on them for extra money" while their website says "Our product are all brand new, original, factory sealed with their complete...
Summary: Software is outdated the Phone is running really bad since the first software the phone was running perfect now my phone is very slow on data battery drain horribly fast and the phone doesnt work well with da newer apps I've went threw over 8 replacement phones and they all do the same having issues please update the software ,u peaple left mayjor bug issues and a outdated software on the note 2 its not fare.
Summary: Got this phone for my anniversary. Delivery was on time. Phone only worked for 2 weeks then died a sudden death, for no known reason. Contact FGS and they said to send it back but once they got it back that's when they showed the true side to what they do to customers when there is a problem. No help whatsoever.
Pros: There are a lot of cool features on this phone... But buyer beware
Cons: working on my second replacement phone due to system/phone crashes since march 2013.....1st time wouldn't connect to network (seems a lot of galaxy note 2 users were having the same issues) and 2nd time stopped notifying of incoming calls
Do not buy...No support from Samsung...defective product.

Summary: These have defective memory chips. These 16gb note 2 have defective memory chips that cause Samsung sudden death. Look up insane chips. Samsung will not fix it. They will not help at all. There is a company that will replace the emmc chip for $150. I've used this phone for about 8 months now and it's been very difficult to keep it working. It crashes and the screen will not come back on. Many people who purchased these 16gb gt-n7100 have had complete device failures.
