Summary: I returned it back. It was a strange local model. Missing key languages - I needed it to have Czech language and it was missing. It is interesting that always if I buy a new Samsung phone in Europe (Germany or Czech republic), it is really internationally unlocked, supporting all languages and working worldwide, including the USA. This was definitely not an international version.

Summary: "Today I received the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phone. To my surprise, the S-Pen (stylus) was having chewing marks on it (May be by a dog). And also the 3.5mm Stereo Headset was missing in the package. I was expecting a new phone but unfortunately it seems to be used one!
Summary: The phone was not new as claimed. There were no prompts to set up the phone initially. The box was all tattered. The seal was broken on the box. The screen was coming off of the phone a little. And Samsung support told me that the phone was not new and that the 1 year warranty had been voided already. I just want to get a new Galaxy Note 2 to go with all the accessories I bought for it.
Summary: this is a custom device. has a custom ROM. it is not a galaxy note. beware. this is just a phone. no music player. no app store. was a company phone and had all apps removed. cant even listen to your tunes. junk. misrepresentation in the worst way.
Phone died after less than 2 years. Not long enough for a full priced device.

Summary: The phone was great while it lasted which is a little under 2 years. I am unable to fix it due to the fact that it is an unlocked phone - an "international" version, Samsung has refused to diagnose the issue for me. So, I guess it's a total loss. It's a shame because the phone was a pleasure to use and very reliable, until now. I expected it to last longer! I'm not allowed to write anything about the seller here so that's all I have to say.
