screen is good, build is cheap but works well, battery is mediocre

Summary: I bought this phone to use with ting.com. I got laid off and had to buy out my verizon contract with 5 months left on it. The phone was two years old when I bought it and does well. I do not use it as much since I'm trying to keep the bill down. I was a real data hog with verizon. Ting.com uses the sprint network, they are ok for the price, free voice roaming to verizon is nice, but not data. Trying to stick with wifi anyway.
Summary: I bought this phone to upgrade without getting rid of my unlimited data plan. The best undocumented feature that I find useful is it allows me to be on the phone and on web at the same time (suck it AT&T!). The only thing I didn't like is this model doesn't connect to my computer via USB as a mass storage device which would make it easy to manipulate files on the phone through my computer. That's would have been the simplest way to restore my old backed up app settings.

Awesome product!! Great value with battery life being my only complaint.

Summary: I love how easy this phone is to use and the fact that it doesn't have a lot of junk I don't want on it. It has great storage capacity and the only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because the battery life isn't very good. I have to charge it a couple times a day.
Summary: Phone works great for my purpose. Others complain about the battery, but I have not experienced that issue. The updates are the reason that I got the phone. That and the 'no-bloatware' issue. Phone seems great, but my needs are not great, so not stressing all features.
Summary: I cannot get past the problems with the charging port. My daughter and I actually both have this phone (for Verizon), and while the performance and features are wonderful, like many others you can find around the web, the charging port is horrible. We just get them in April, and have been through 5 different chargers. This is just sad. I'm sitting here with mine right now and cannot get it to charge at all.
Summary: While not directly related to Sprint as I had the Verizon Edition, this phone came with ZERO bloatware, the way a phone should be. The phone performed excellent through its service life. I tend to use the living daylights out of my devices and this one took it like a champ. Between the speedy processor (for the time) and decent memory allocation, it handled pretty much anything I threw at it.
