Summary: I am the owner of several Samsung devices, including a "smart" TV, laptop computer and NexusGBLK mobile phone. Recently,and for the first time ever, I had to call upon Samsung to repair a product - the mobile phone which was still under the warranty. Two months after the phone was handed in for repairs and after endless chasing the non-responsive customer service centre, the message came back that the phone was, as per the decision of the Samsung Technicians, "liquid"...
Summary: This phone drop calls. Most of the time when making or receiving a call the person at the other end can not here you answering the phone.I have to call them or they have to call me two or three times before we can talk. Sprint replaced the phone twice, samething still worng.
