Summary: The phone was fast and was in good conditions but it kept turning off on me by itself. Also, the camera froze every time I took a picture and then the screen would go completely black. There was a very small window for the return time so I think this guys hope that we don't return the defective phone in time and we end up keeping it. Very disappointing!!!!
Summary: The phone was refurbished and looked great, but I am still using my old cracked screen Nexus. The new one keeps shutting down randomly and will not start back up unless you remove battery. Purchased as a replacement for the exact phone (which I love), but was damaged.
Summary: This cellphone worked two months. One day, I tried to turn it on but I couldn't. I changed the battery but it didn't work anymore. This cellphone stopped working forever. I threw $249.95 away!!. It was a very bad buy.
Summary: Phone came with a battery that would not charge nor work and a crack above the speaker on the screen. Replaced the battery since I had one from my previous phone. then out of 6 charging chords, two worked but even those two would still have to have placed in the right place at the right time to get it to charge.
Summary: Don't buy from Ross Cellular, they apparently do not sell real new phones. When I bought this item off amazon, it stated new phone. However, Samsung is not honoring their warranty. Now i have a brick after 10 months that is not covered under any warranty.
Summary: First phone I\'ve got came in dirty warp on charger and film cover on the phone screen. Phone sounds was not working good. It was no doubt that phone was used or someone retruned so I had to have new replacement and 2nd phone they sent was also, not look brand new but box and shink wrap. Anyhow as long as it works, I wanted to use it but after set up email.
Excerpt: worst phone I ever had within the first two months of owning the phone would get extremely hot while trying to talk on it enough you would have to remove it from your ear that is if it didn't shut off on you right away and restart on you and then take forever to restart and not even get all the way on and restart again 3 or four times in a row and if it did stay on try to open an app without It taking almost 30 seconds to open then shut off and restart before you could...
Pros: looks good, good for texting, internet seem ok
Cons: would get etremely hot, kept shutting down on own and restarting, had to take battery out to reset all the time still had issues, did factory reset didnt solve anything, apps open extremly slow, list goes on and on
Summary: The cell phone they sent me had a lot of scratches on its back with several signs of use. Also it was a Verizon cell phone and just for CDMA network. I went to T-Mobile shop and nobody got to make it work. It wasn't inside its box and I didn't receive the earphones. Actually, the cell phone can be good, but not on this situation.
