Best Android Experience
14 June 2012
Summary: The best phone i have used in years. Love the ICS on the phone and have had great experience so far. The only issue i would say i have had with the phone is the battery life. That is the only drawback i have had, but i purchased an extended battery and now the phone is great. Runs smooth with no freezing up or lag.
Summary: Why you bought it the samsung galaxy nexus has a great huge display, its very easy to use, and dont forget its the first samsung that has the android 4.0. it has alot of great features, wat i like the most as i said before is the display. the only bad thing about the phone is that it doesnt support external memory card, i got the phone for a great deal (phone, cables, charger, 2 silicon covers, and 3 batteries and an external battery charger for only $350) i wish i can...
Summary: If Samsung is able to reduce the thickness in the next model version, it'd be great because it is quite hefty. Google works well with the entire phone, especially Maps and the Navigate apps which are my favorites. I haven't had a chance to sign up for Google Voice, but when I travel out of the country I may need to. And note that many apps in Google Play Store are free, more than in the Apple App Store.
Pros: The screen is larger than any other smartphone out there, which makes it great to watch videos and movies and YouTube. Vivid colors. Decent camera with zoom and video functions. Good speaker on the back. GPS is flawless!
Cons: I had a long wait in hospital and discovered the battery lasts about 4:52 hours, leaving 11% left. Poor reception at times when it drops to 2 bars or less. Phone microphone is a small hole on bottom. No 4G network in Honolulu. Can't get wifi to work.
Summary: This is a beautiful powerfull phone, the screen has the perfect size for navigation plus it gives mindblowing colors at 316 ppi 720 x 1280 pixels, 4.65 inches. I've already stacked my phone with over 200 apps and 20 of the most demanding games including: nova 2, asphalt 6, backstab, dead space, machinarium, shadowgun, eternity warriors, etc, they all work flawlessly. So far i havent came across with an app thant this phone cant handle.
Summary: Very decent phone, not perfect, but close. A few improvements to the case and OS, and it will be my favorite phone. I like it better than my wife's iPhone 4S.
Pros: Beautiful screen, fast processing power, plentiful apps on the Play Store. Love the Navigation with Google Maps and Street View. Internet browser is fast, with settings for virtually everything. Inverted setting allows for easy reading.
Cons: Slippery phone, difficult to grasp. Power button and volume button easily pressed inadvertently while handling phone. Battery life mediocre - I had to buy the extended battery. No quick dialing setting. Ear buds sound lousy with music.
Summary: Overall I love the phone. It takes great photos and snaps with no delay. The design and layout is nice also. The only thing im having an issue with is the battery life. Ive had the phone 5 days now and have to charge it at least 2-3 times a day. Even when im not on it.
