Summary: ordered this phone for a gift for Christmas, it was a jail broke phone and not a real t-mobile phone. I had to send for a replacement when I could not get it to connect to the network. I received the replacement, with some free cases and screen protectors, about 2-3 weeks later.

Summary: this phone seem to have very good features for the price. But it is a "wanna be" because it cannot handle all the bells and whistles that can run on it. For some reason, it gets very slow and lagging if you have more than couple of apps open.
