Summary: I was thrilled to get the new Galaxy Duos and was happily using it for ONE MONTH, and then one monring it "failed" and would NOT turn on/reboot. I sent it back to Amazon, because it was a faulty product, and they proceeded to refund my card LESS a restocking fee of $60+:: this phone could not be resold: as I said it was faulty, so why was I being charged a restocking fee?
Summary: I bought device that offered 8 GB internal memory, but they sent me a 4GB device, I was deceived, and the problem is I'm in Colombia, but I'm feelling so hangry and disappointed. Really I don't hate the phone, but is not what I pay for, I wasn't expect something like this. Why Amazon allows this happen?, I pay double capacity device. I will never be in business with this liar seller. Who will answer me this deception?
Summary: I purchase the international unlocked version and send it to S. America for my parents but the phone doesn't work. It seems to have an electric problem.Will turn off automatically. I tried to return it but the returning dead line doesn't give me enough time to send it back to the US.
Summary: This telephone stopped 5 times in the first 2 hours of use, trying to return it, got an automated answer on my e-mail that my request for return could not be delivered to recipient. Amazon should NOT SELL SUCH GARBAGE. This was an expensive phone, I planned to take it to S. America, thankful I tried it here. Second Samsung, first was also a lemon. Very disappointed in Samsung and upset at Amazon for not checking their vendors.

Summary: It has been two months since I bought my Samsung galaxy grand duos. I purchased this smart phone thinking it was going to be so much fun. What a joke! From the first two days I noticed I had to charge my battery every compared to my Nokia which held charge for days. Then one day I was totally forgot to charge my phone and the battery went dead and after many failed attempts to reboot ......Nothing!!!!! I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Summary: - The phone stopped working within two weeks of being shipped. - I went on the Amazon site, filled the return form and sent them the phone by Courrier - Wireless Experts responded on May 14, stating that they received it and whether I would like a replacement - I responded the same day saying that I had bought another phone because I couldn't wait and wanted a refund - Wireless Experts responded still the same day (May 14) saying that they would refund.
Summary: All other features work (I hope) but the calls don't. Phone rings and can call other phones but the mic and all the speakers are broken. It's like being always on mute. So disappointed coz we bought this phone new so that we will have no problems. Turns out we got a big problem after all.
Summary: Be warned. The phone developed a fault, where it would reboot up to 9 times a day randomly after only 4 months! Seller blocks and avoids all responsibility to even acknowledge that there is a fault, suggesting changes of settings rather than deal with it. Seller is based in HK and thus not subject to SOGA rules and Amazon was also less than helpful. I am now left with a non network tablet device as the phone function has failed completely.
