It is not a bad phone - but I spent a lot of time ...

Summary: Two complaints with this phone: (1) "unlocked" did not mean I could use it on my Verizon Wireless plan (2) this phone as sold to me was meant for a consumer on the other side of the earth. It is not a bad phone - but I spent a lot of time configuring it before learning that Verizon Wireless will only add phones that they have record of. Somewhat amusing was receiving this phone in America with Chinese instructions.
Summary: This is an imitation Samsung Galaxy S6821 Fame which is not fully in English. The slots for sim cards are not the same size. Couldn't get the music player to work and the Samsung Apps is non English as well. Very disappointed in the promotion of this item. Bought 2 (1 to be given as a gift) and had to return them both.

Summary: I bought this product for my husband in East Africa. I liked it for having dual simcards, one slot was of the right size but the second one was too small, and took time to figure out that the second simcard required to be trimmed to fit in the slot. The other problem was that it could not specify which simcard belonged to which company making it really hard to operate. The battery life is also too low, cant keep charge for an entire day without charging.
Summary: What a shame. This phone is just the right size for people who don't like to feel like they are carrying around and talking on a paperback, and has some workable specs. However, the screen is just awful, QVGA and low resolution guarantee an almost instantly bad viewing experience. Remember the old flip phones from 12 years ago? Well, Samsung does because that's the screen quality they used for this model.
Excerpt: After just 3 weeks the handset now freezes at least twice a day, the processor finds it difficult to switch from one app to another without freezing for a moment, or just restarting altogether. The input key pad is obtuse, with the autocorrect having the same extent of vocabulary Victorian child as well. The camera is useless. A poor phone.
