Excerpt: I replaced an ageing smartphone for this one ... wish I hadn't. Very, very poor product - it's obviously designed for children - if you are over 12 years old, and know what a smart phone should do, then avoid this. Internet very slow (on the rare occasions you actually get connected). Strange ring tones. In fact, the whole phone is strange, seems like it was designed in the 80's.
Excerpt: I purchased this Samsung mainly because it looks smart, quite small compared to some other android phones and it has the amazing 'slide' function when using the keyboard. However, few days later it started to play up: poor performance, short battery life, very slow commands, terrible internet browsing (takes ages to upload a page), low quality built-in camera, and finally, it died within 4 weeks of usage.
Excerpt: I bought this phone having lost my old one and asking for advice from the sales assistant. Didn't have any problems to start. Soon realised that when making calls the screen doesn't lock so you end up hanging up on people, putting them on hold or pressing other buttons. Refuses to connect to the internet. Whilst connected to some WiFi doesn't work eg won't download emails - the main reason I bought a new phone instead of using a much older phone.
Summary: I did contact the seller through amazon and their reply was : we sent you the phone on 10/06/2013 (3 and half months ago) Sorry we can not help with issue this time as its relate to phone accessories ,you can purchase a charger from Amazon for less than £5. Really bad customer services I would say ,please AVOID BUYING ITEMS FROM Qbit Distribution they are crap on helping with faulty items.
Excerpt: This handset is beautifully designed, has a great range of features and a nice quality feel and that's all the good stuff. Unfortunately it is painfully slow, even looking at your contacts to make a call takes an age. If not on wi-fi don't even consider trying to view a webpage. Sadly it makes my old Blackberry look quick online. It frequently locks up and has to be rebooted to the extent that it is almost impractical as an everyday phone.
