Not a very good phone.
7 August 2014
Summary: It's very basic for a starter smart phone. Cons: Battery life is very poor. A lot of conflict and issues running apps (especially w/ recent updates) Poor quality camera/video. I find call quality very poor. Also 'turn data off' did not, it was essentially a fake phone feature.
Summary: Extremely disappointed with this phone. On standby without even making a phone call, you are lucky if it lasts 5 hours. You can't count on this phone to have any battery life when you need it. I have changed the battery and I have had the phone repaired twice.
Summary: for the first few months it was fine then i noticed that it dose not hold a charge for more than 6 hours at a time. that gets worse as time goes on then one day it doesn't even turn on and it is dead for good
Summary: wi-fi wont always connect at home doesn't work with Samsung's 'Kies' application which is used to sync the phone to pc e.g. move files/photos/update firmware Tons of reviews talking about poor battery life Display is worse than my 2 yr old entry-level LG smartphone Audio is tinny and not as loud as...
Summary: had this phone since 2012. Gave my phone number to real estate company when I sold my home and moved. Since then have been getting calls from telemarketers. Called Samsung to ask "how to block unwanted calls" was told by service rep that this phone does not have the ability to block calls.
Summary: The phone will drain its battery if using 3G cell service in about 6 hours with nothing else running if you happen to be located between 2 towers equally apart. It will constantly switch between the towers using up all the battery.
