All I want is a basic phone, talk/ text and send photos.

Summary: I don't find it user friendly and I am not using it any more. I don't want all the features this phone has and with all the junk on it still would not send a text with a photo in it, it was a waste of money and I am not relisting it for sale because I don't want to upset the buyer.
Great phone, Great price, But the battery life is terrible.

Summary: I bought this phone because I wanted something up to date and affordable. I love that I can use this phone with ease, There are many apps to choose from, I can access the internet almost anywhere. It helps me stay on top of things whether it is checking my email on the go or keeping up with a social site. I have had two of these phones. Here is the biggest issue I have had with this phone.. The battery life is very short.
Summary: Update again: I still like my appeal but I am carrying a second battery around with me, not good. The appeal spawns processes like rabbits and I have to shut them down in setup every time I turn the phone on to save my battery. I think there is definitely a flaw in the OS or in the phone. Not sure which, but I am tired of the extra battery.....just to be sure I have a charged cell phone. May have to go to another phone. I do like what it has to offer..
Summary: I was disappointed in the performance and quality of this phone. My first smart phone purchase, I would not buy this particular smart phone again. I have been a Samsung customer for many years, have purchased several cell phones and a flat screen T.V. made by Samsung in the past. The battery will not ordinarily hold a charge even when the phone is turned off.
Summary: Phone has lots of applications that you can't uninstall, battery performance is poor, I installed a battery saver and a task killer, to kill all the apps that are pre-installled that I have no use for, and they appear to increase battery performance so far. Love the keyboard though. Bottom line, phone could use some improvement, but OK for the price.
Summary: I bought this phone to use temporarily because I accidentally drowned my old phone. It's very slow because of all of the Samsung and AT&T bloatware, it has a very small amount of ram so heavy applications will frequently crash if there are any other apps running in the background. Also the physical keyboard keys are very hard to push and it makes typing very very slow.
Summary: My phone is extremely slow and the battery life dies after a few hours. Even when i turn the phone off completely the battery still drains, the only way to stop it is to take the battery out. The camera is terrible, also makes a weird clicking sound for every picture that cant be taken off. Touch screen is also somewhat off, if you enjoy games that require you to tap the screen in a certain amount of time, forget about it.
