Don't buy this phone

Taffy3, Bestbuy
30 May 2014
  • Summary: Here's your deal breaker. The battery will discharge completely even when turned off. Seems to be a known problem with this model.
  • Pros: Nice size
  • Cons: Battery life is terrible, even when off

  • Summary: I ultimately had to return this phone due to extremely poor battery life. The battery would not hold a charge for more than six hours. Even with all automatic sync/gps/wifi turned off, the phone would be at 0% battery life each morning. When I checked to see what was draining the battery, the device reported that it was the display, even though the display was not turned on as the phone was not in use.

Battery Life Very Bad

EH, Amazon
19 April 2014
  • Summary: I purchased this phone elsewhere to be certain it was brand new and not a refurb. It has been problematic so far and will probably be returned, especially now that I realize how much the negative reviews of this phone mirror my own experience after one week of use. I really wanted a phone with a sliding keyboard. My last smartphone had a very solid keyboard with proper buttons. This is more like a thin layer of plastic.

Not as good as you think

Drew Jennings, Amazon
14 November 2013
  • Summary: When you make a call the phone has to be open or else you can't see the end call button. I should of went with the At&t fusion phone. Although the volume is higher with media than the fusion, the fusion has a better camera that can actually zoom. Wasn't even sure if I can get a refund, yet wasn't sure what I would have to do in order to send the phone back. I've had this phone for a month or two, I don't hate it, just doesn't make any sense when it comes to making calls.

Doesn't work after not even 2 months use.

  • Summary: I've had this phone for a month and a half and it no longer works. I guess I should have bought that $14.99 insurance on it.

Not for me

caesar, Amazon
2 October 2013
  • Summary: Every time I would use it it would do something I didn't want. It would not operate touch with my fingers, I had to use a stylus. I bought it for the pop out keyboard, which was fine but everything else was so bad I went back to a simple go phone.
