Not what I expected

Summary: The phone is nice but it has some functional problems. I had it for about 3 weeks and now it randomly shuts down. I ordered a new battery in hopes of resolving the issue, but it still shuts down without cause. This is my second time purchasing this phone. The first time the touch screen stopped working. Because it is an international version, I cannot get any customer support in the United States. With that being said, I will likely return the phone.
Summary: I was not sure I would like the phone without a keypad after using a blackberry for 4years,surprising enough I love it.it comes with swype settings which is awesome,I like the screen size,it also come with an extra back cover Defiantly great value for your money!
Summary: I am a litte disappointed with this product. I have had many issues with this phone. Sometimes it won't dial out or recieve calls, while I am talking on my phone it will often drop the call, this happens at least once a day if not more it's very frustrating. Recently the screen on my phone has been filckering while in sleep mode. I wouldn't recommend this phone.
Summary: I purchased this phone for my grandson who lives in Norway. Just before the warranty expired it stopped working. I am writing this to inform international buyers that Samsung does not repair it in the U.S. It is my understanding international phones must be sent to the country where it was purchased to get repaired. But not this phone.
Summary: I bought this for my mother. It was her first smartphone and she loves it. It's pretty basic for a smartphone but fairly easy to use. It is of a smaller size so you can fit it comfortably in your pocket.
