Summary: I bought this phone 25 five days ago. It looked a good phone at the beginning, everything worked as expected. The only drawback at the time was the battery life. You have to be charging the phone every single day. Then suddenly the phone started to make a weird thing. It detected like if I were plugging in the charger cable showing the battery icon in the top right as if the phone were charging then 3 seconds later the phone said the cable was disconnected. Weird!
Summary: I have this phone. I love this phone. HOWEVER, AT&T was reluctant to associate it with their network as it DOES NOT come up on their list of acceptable telephones. The AT&T rep and I figured it was because it was a new model. I later learned when I contacted Samsung USA support because of a malfunction: THIS PHONE WAS NOT INTENDED FOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE UNITED STATES. IT WAS MANUFACTURED FOR USE IN MEXICO, ONLY.
Excerpt: This phone is good for a basic android user. I have had it for about 2 months to be honest its not too bad. It lags a fair bit. The touch sensor sometimes screws up. But other than that its good. :) Nice look to the phone. Nice stylish look. Facebook twitter ect is great on this.
Summary: "I purchase the Samsung Galaxy Ace to replace a Samsung Focus. The unit work fine except the cell phone frequency is not compatible with my service provider AT&T and I am not able to use the internet service outside a Wi-fi network.
