Old OS which does not always do what it says!

Summary: This is a good idea, but in my opinion, poorly executed. The facility to use 2 x different SIM cards is great for frequent travellers, but the OS to control this function needs a great deal of improvement. It uses Gingerbread from Android, which has been uograded 2 or 3 times and the dual SIM facility on Jelly Bean (I purchased an Android dual-SIM device for my partner ) is more convenient and works better.
Summary: Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 This phone may be very good But I find it hard going, ihe included instruction are sparce and in very small print (I need a magnifying glass to read them. I tried to down load better or even more detailed instructions My antivirus program (McAfee) says all the sites I tried were unsafe! I then went to my local mobile phone shops who said sorry mate but this is not a phone we are familier with.
Summary: Been using cheap Chinese dual sim phones til now. Dual SIM features much better on the cheap ones. Can see no difference in the quality of build. Reliability remains to be seen. It will have to last twice as long as the Chinese ones to justify the price.
Summary: For a dual-sim phone, this is not bad, but it is not brilliant either. Typing text is particularly annoying due to the size of the virtual keypad, so I tend to use this phone just for voice calls.
Pros: dual-sim, pre-installed gps and maps (navigon)
Summary: NOT SO IMPRESSIVE...I AM USING THIS SET.. GREATEST DRAWBACKS: 1)U CAN USE INTERNET FEATURES ONLY THROUGH CDMA SIM AND NOT THROUGH YOUR GSM SIM. 2)LIVE TV OPTION IS MISSING BATTERY IS OF 1650MAH, BUT EVEN THEN IS DRAINING OUT FAST. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE SET IS ITS LOOK AND ITS ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM IN CDMA/GSM DUAL SET.
Summary: I have used Galaxy S LCD 4GB before & was also using the Samsung Galaxy Pop I559 so thought that instead of using two different handsets one for gms & another for cdma this new dual sim gsm/cdma handset would be a great convenience. The handset though is good otherwise the fact that internet is only active in cdma mode is definitely a great disappointment. The battery drains out fast if the internet is kept on.
Summary: Bought this for my father who is still on CDMA network. The smartphones available for CDMA network are few and far in between so choices are very limited. Decent screen size though the touch capability is bit non linear at times. Delivery via Flipkart took a little over a week.
Summary: Pros 1. Samsung as usual great with touch screen. 2. CDMA with Android :) Best phone in the market for CDMA yet. 3. Just 500 RS more for Dual SIM, Not a bad deal 4. Battery life is good. Cons 1. Internet Works only with CDMA. You will find difficulty to get it work. Need to change SIM to OMH SIM for both DOCOMO and Reliance. And most interesting part is; you will not find OMH SIM in most of the retailers need to visit Head Office.
Summary: I have brought it 2 weeks ago......This product is good.........but most disappointing is its battery life .......i have to charge it twice a day. And it is very expensive than its rivals. Pros:- 1} large touch screen -3.5" 2} Good look and design 3} good touch 4} Android 2.3 5} Document viewer Cons:- 1} Very Poor battery- i have to charge it twice a day 2} Low resolution camera (3.15mp) 3} It lacks flash 4} We can surf internet only in cdma sim 5} Secondary camera 6}...
