Summary: Treated gently but stopped working. Battery does not charge. tried a different cable and still no charge. Even when it did work, it was super slow and I bought it because it had a 5mp camera - but camera pics were not very good either. Unfortunate, but don't waste your money on this product.
Summary: I purchased this phone for use in South Africa. It keeps losing connection to the wireless network (MTN) and I have had to restart it numerous times. If I remove the main SIM card on Sim 1 slot leaving the roaming SIM card on Sim 2 slot, then the phone works ok. But I didnt buy the phone for single SIM use. One Friday evening, I restarted the phone which stayed on for about 3 hours but then on Saturday morning, the phone lost connectivity to the wireless network.
Summary: The phone comes in german language and you have to switch it. Then it worked for one day and then it SHUT DOWN completely even though it was fully charged. I threw away the box so can't return it. Spend more and get some quality, This seller is selling obviously suspect items. Of course, I noticed that items that are sold by a third party and processed by Amazon should RAISE A RED FLAG.
Summary: I just received this phone, but so disappointed. The phone is either in Portuguese or Spanish. The user manual doesn't say anything on how to solve this. I called Samsung customer care and they said they could not help, ad asked me to return it.
Summary: I recently bought this phone. It gets delivered with a non-UK plug which accidentally was useful as I was travelling to the Netherlands. Big downside is that the battery drains fairly quickly and the battery charger doesn't work very efficiently. Just had the phone plugged in for 4 hours and it hasn't reached even a 10% level.
Summary: I recently bought this phone, I like the facilities on the phone BUT when things go wrong Samsung make it so difficult to resolve. The phone, for some reason, turns itself off. I have been in contact with Samsung Support absolutely a waste of time, you have to keep providing them with the information you have already supplied. You can not just reply to the original email!!! BEWARE OF SAMSUNG FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Summary: I purchased this mobile in november month with blind eyes bcoz of samsung brand,but when i started using i understood,its totally waste Rs.12000 i am really frustated abt this model.........i am not gonna use samsung in future..also i dont find zero star to rate.
Summary: The worst phone I have ever used so far. With lot of hope I bought this. This does not support Internet on the GSM provider. This does not work in US. Simply money get wasted. Finall got to use it as just a n normal phone by paying huge money.
Pros: GSM AND CDMA
Cons: No Internet on GSM and Do not work outside India
Summary: problems facing 1- Red screen 2- battery not charging 3- shuting down frequently 4- hang up 5- very slow 6- geting heated up even in stand by mode 7- overall I am stucked with it now 8- its more than 30days, so cant even ask for replacement from flipkart 9-now roam door to door of samsung service centre
Summary: I want to share some negative side for this mobile. 1.Very poor battery backup. 2.Dual sim functioning not properly working. (My two sim have full signal always.but sometimes i have got sim1 calls forwared to sim2.dont know why ) 3.Graphics also poor My Suggestion pl dont waste money
