Summary: My wife is 72 yrs young but not tech savvy. If a manual had been included maybe she wouln't have so much grief trying to use it. I'm 75 yrs old and am now sorry I purchased it for her birthday!
Summary: I replaced my old one with this same exact model, only this one won't update the time automatically. Now that I've done it manually, it won't update the time on my text messages or missed calls. It also will not work with the bluetooth in my car.
Summary: Despite the words clearly written in the title, when I tried to contact Samsung with a problem under warranty I was advised that because this phone was unlocked by a 3rd party, the warranty is invalid. After 2 1/2 months the phone would no longer connect to the charger.
Summary: This was supposed to be a gift for a young relative and fortunately I decided to check it out before presenting it. It did NOT work. Charged it overnight and it just came on for a brief moments but never actually worked. Tried recharging it again another entire day but nothing.
Summary: The keys are small, but easy to get used to. The phone itself is rather bulky compared to other phones I have owned. After only a month of owning this phone, it stopped taking a charge unless I quite literally taped the charger cable at an angle.
Excerpt: At first I really liked this phone but the longer I had it the more issues that seem to occur. I started to just have issues with the volume on the speaker phone and hearing people when talking to friends and family when not on speaker phone.
Pros: Unfortunately at this time I have none
Cons: Constantly having issues hearing people on the phone, cant use the speaker phone at all, touch screen sucks, keypad is too small, and phone is overheating
