Summary: My wife is 72 yrs young but not tech savvy. If a manual had been included maybe she wouln't have so much grief trying to use it. I'm 75 yrs old and am now sorry I purchased it for her birthday!
Summary: Wife loves if over all. She didn't want a smart phone, but wanted a phone that had all the other features of a smart phone. It has a very odd start-up procedure. It's so odd in fact, that I had to google it. It's not in the quick start guide. That's the reason for the removal of a star. To turn this phone on for the first time: plug in the wall charger, then plug the charger into the phone, insert sim card, insert battery, turn phone on.
I have had this phone since 2012 and was pleased with the larger screen and plenty of features

Summary: I have had this phone since 2012 and was pleased with the larger screen and plenty of features. The durability gets an A+ but the the operating system and touch screen makes the final score get an F in my opinion. Buyer beware you cannot receive or send pictures with this phone, touch screen is very sluggish and the battery charging has an issue. Pros: the phone is very durable and accidental drops does not damage it easily.
Summary: I bought it for my niece, this is the only phone she likes. She's had 3, she wore out the buttons on her first one after 2 years of use, fell in to a pool with her second one(after a years use) and this ones lasting thus she's happy which in turn make my life better
Summary: Good, basic cellphone. This is something that works if you don't care about internet usage and apps and just want something to text and call. The battery charge lasts several days if you don't talk a long time. Call quality is kind of low, according to people I have called with it.
