Summary: Everything you need in an android smartphone without the large price tag! It has all the necessities I was looking for the smallest android phone I could find for T-Mobile contract. The screen is big and colors are vibrant and clear. I like the Google speech feature esp. for texting and searching for something on the internet, its the best smartphone Ive had yet.
Pros: There aren't a lot of 4G prepaid options out there, so that's a positive. Android is awesome, so that is a positive as well.
Cons: This phone has too little RAM so its processing capability is minimal. You can upgrade HD but not RAM so the phone will always be slow. Sometimes it takes 10-15 seconds to open contacts. In addition, music playback is bugged.
Couldn't put it down when set up. Great bang for your buck!

Summary: Switched to Family Mobile which is T-Mobile based. Phone comes with a lot of bloatware that I won't be using but it does get me up to 4G on Family Mobile's bands. Super easy to use and navigate. Support from Samsung is great as is their Kies PC interface. You can even connect via WiFi with your PC (Kies Air)as long as you're not trying to update certain features.
Excerpt: My mother and my brother both own this phone. I bought it for them because it was and still is the best pre-paid budget phone there is. With 4gb installed you don't have to worry about how many apps you download. Doesn't lag too much, only when too many apps are running at the same time. Keyboard should be redesigned. Keyboard plus screen size doesn't work with big fingers even though there is swype.
