Summary: Ordered as replacement. When it arrived, people I called stated I sounded like I was whispering or that I was in a wind tunnel. Will not allow a replacement so I have to send back for refund (which I'm sure will not include the express shipping) and then order another. I paid the "new" versus the "used" or "refurbished" price so I can only assume it is a defective "new" phone. Anything else would be less than what I paid for ... we'll see.
Summary: Even with sim card for Straight Talk, technicians (6hr over 4 days) unable to set apn for internet. Unable to get US technician-kept giving me foreign speaking-couldn't understand, and I'm sure they couldn't understand my frustration with them. Returned phone within 1 week. Moving my service to ATnT or Verizon.
Summary: It s MUCH smaller than it appeared to be. The key-board is extremely difficult to use. I should have waited 55 days for a free up-date, but I was in a hurry to have a phone with a keyboard. So therefore I have lost the amount that I paid for this little phone. My own fault.
Summary: My wife and I previously owned a Samsung Intensity II, which VERY CLOSELY matches this phone. Only this phone is faster (no lag between screens). I can actually record video on this phone now. For someone who just needs a phone to briefly talk on, and send a text here and there, this phone is perfect. We've had our Samsung Intensity II's for over 3 years, and they still work fine, I'm sure this phone will last just as long.
Pros: Phone came in brand new condition - no scratches like the disclaimer said right before I ordered my purchase. No surprises, and got exactly what I ordered.
Cons: There really aren't any - because you know what you're getting before you order it. It's a $50 phone after all...
