Excerpt: I have had this phone for about 2 years now and it's the best phone I have ever had. It is small and fits into your pocket with you even knowing it is there. Messaging is really easy and voice clarity exceptional. I cannot fault this phone. It's stylish and always a conversation piece.
Excerpt: She called me and sent a photo of her and her younger brother. The photo’s size was huge, I don’t think she knows how to manipulate the resolution. But it was fairly nice, especially when I was viewing it with my XDA. The picture was clear and vibrant; and I was surprised at the quality. I never thought much about this phone, but upon seeing the photos she sent me, I just might buy one for my other line.
Excerpt: I've been using the SGH-E590 for just under a month and so far I'm very happy with it. My main criteria for a phone is that it easily fits in the coin pocket of my jeans and this one has no problem because it's so tiny. All the other features are a bonus. The camera takes surprisingly good pictures, but it won't be replacing my Canon digital camera. The video, on the other hand, is about what you'd expect from a phone.
Excerpt: I have been using this phone for a month now. and I'm so happy with it. it has got every function I need. especially I love the camera function. you can get really sharp picture. (although you need to get used to it.) anyway, if you want small and nice disign with strong camera function, this is what you should go for...
Excerpt: An extra treat when buying this phone is the inclusion of an intriguing bean-pod that can be attached to the phone and serve as an instant “tripod” when shooting self-portraits or to maximize the auto-focus feature of its camera. As a final word, the Samsung SGH-E590 is a good 3-megapixel camera phone with auto-focus capability and above-average outdoor camera shots.
Excerpt: You will need to call Samsung to get the full reset codes or they can ask you first to do a custom reset. What will happen is that they will give you some codes to enter in your phone to reset the locks. It will reset everything to its original settings. It means that if you have saved pictures, contacts, music, etc, they would all disappear. For me this is one of the best Samsung mobile phone models that they have released.
Summary: I'm not much of a phone nut, and I'm happy to have my phone just for calls and texts - but I do like an easy to use camera, for those fun little shots you'd otherwise miss. I saw the Samsung SGH-E590 on the Carphone Warehouse website for £30 back in 2007, with £15 cashback via the Quidco website. So I got it for £15 and three years on it's still going strong! I have the silver version of the phone and it's almost as new three years later. It's certainly hard wearing!
