Saleperson at AT&T was impressed with phone simplicity and functions, but very small.

Summary: Phone works great, battery lasts FOREVER. The reason for only 3 stars is that we bought this for elderly family member and the phone is very small and the buttons are hard for him to locate. He accidentally hangs up on calls as often as he answers them. They should add the actual size of the phone to the description and not just the screen size.
Summary: Cons: Buttons are difficult to text with T9 dictionary leaves something to be desired. Hard to find "cancel" functionality when sending a text. contact list is difficult to scroll through and adding recipients to text messages is time consuming. my last phone had a "recently used" list which was great. volume control non existant not too comfortable against ear pros: fm radio cheap and sturdy nice bright flashlight function!

Summary: It's cheap, it's unlocked and it works, what else could you ask for from a cell phone that's not a smart phone? I got it as a stand in for when my smartphone broke and I had to fix it and it worked well for the couple days that I needed it for.
