Summary: Good travel phone. I recently made a trip to Australia & NZ & took this along. With the sim cards purchased in both countries, I was able to stay in touch with the family at home more cheaply & coordinate tours easily. Keeps a charge for a long time.
Summary: This phone fully met my expectations. I purchased it in the US to take to Europe where I bought a French SIM card from Orange. Installation was easy and the phone worked immediately. Only issue, as one reviewer pointed out earlier, was that the default language was Spanish.
Summary: Got to the airport in England, loaded a sim card, put some minutes on it, and I was chatting. Took all of about 5 minutes to get going. It being an older phone, it wasn't as intuitive to text like a smart phone, but this little guy held a decent battery charge for a few days at a time.
