Summary: I bought this phone for an older person who wouldn't have found it easy to change over to a 'smart phone'. It does everything it says on the tin and on the whole, I'm pleased with it. My only criticism however, is that the setup instructions were in German and the phone had a European charger! I had to order a UK charger which was a real nuisance and an added expense!
Summary: This is a very basic phone. I knew what I was buying. The language needs to be changed from Gerrman to English (straightforward). The charger is two pin - I bought a 3 pin charger at the same time, but an adaptor would work too. The phone works well and the battery charge lasts 'forever' by comparison with smart phones.
Summary: It does all it says on the tin but I do not get the best reception. My callers have problems hearing me and I have problems Iistening to them.Never had that problem with my Motorola. But, for twenty odd quid, what do you expect!! Going to get another Motorola of some sorts.
Summary: I had foolishly assumed this item would be roughly the same, but a bit cheaper, than buying from the official T-Mobile site. The phone is fine, but you don't get a SIM card with credit on it. I realise offers change all the time, but today (10/02/2013) the E1190 (which is the later better model) is available for £10.49 from T-Mobile, as long as you buy a £10 top up. This is the same price as this phone - without a £10 top-up.
Summary: Just disappointed, & I should have spotted in seller write up, that it has no Bluetooth feature. Wrongly assumed this was a default item on all cellphones now, but not the case here. Will do as a spare, but obviously can't be used hands free.
