Summary: when I recieved my phone I charged the battery and when I got it working I discovered it was in german. I spoke to a number of people from the company at a high phone bill cost. No one could help me. I took the phone back with a letter telling them I was unable to use it due to my limited German. It was also difficult to get a reciept for the phone as they did not have people bringing them personnally.
