Excerpt: In my office party the last time, I won a raffle and claimed a brand new cellphone as the price. That rarely happens, in most occasions, and to my life in general. I don’t know if last year was a strangely lucky year for me.
Excerpt: I purchased this basic phone for less than $25 as a replacement for a touch phone that I lost. I didn’t have budget and wasn’t even willing to buy a new one if only it is a need. I bought from in an outlet in SM Araneta, Cubao.
Excerpt: OK phone. The Samsung is a flagship phone running Samsung's brand new Bada smartphone operating system. The Wave has plenty of headline-grabbing features such as the world's first Super AMOLED display, HD video recording, a superfast 1GHz Hummingbird CPU, GPS satnav, 5.1 surround sound and 1GB of built-in memory. Overall this is a high quality package and one that we highly recommend.
Excerpt: The wide array of cellphones in the market made us aware that choosing a brand and model that will fit our lifestyle and budget is going to be difficult. I myself have struggled as to finding the right cellphone for me. Luckily, Samsung E1080T came into my life!
Excerpt: After my old Siemens C75 became bad I needed a new cheap phone. There was I special offer - only 99 NOK (£11) locked to Telenor so I was sold. The E1080 is a slime phone, with all basics you need. The menu feels simular to the Siemens and have ALARM, CALCULATOR, CALENDER, LOGGS +++The key-lock is the * .... as the Siemens - unfortunally if you have the phone in your pocket it will unlock and ????
Summary: Decent and basic phone but with a very cheap squeaky plastic feel. For me, the most negative feature is that there is no external indication (such as an LED) when a text has been received. I have to keep checking the display menu to see if any text messages have been delivered. Other phones I have owned have included an LED so you could see at a glance if a new text message had been received.
Summary: There is nothing wrong with the functionality of this phone: battery life is very good, sound quality and reception fine, usability fair and value for money good if you shop around a little. It falls down in one significant respect, which is that the single-button locking of the keypad was invented by an incurable optimist.
