Old and getting older. Don't waste your time.

Summary: This phone is getting no updates from Samsung or any carrier. It gets very slow less than 30 days after you start to use it. Even if you add an extra SD card, most of the apps you care about insist on going on the internal memory card, which is WAY too small. We only got this phone because of the dedicated keyboard that provides nice tactile feedback during texting. Really wish there was a better alternative than the $400 phones.
Summary: Seller experience was excellent. The product itself? Not so much. I replaced a dead Samsung Sidekick with this, and the battery dies within a couple hours, with normal use. I have since replaced this phone with the Galaxy S4, and this one is back in its box.
Summary: The phone itself is pretty cool. Has dual touch screen which is neat. Has Google play store which is nice cause I like android phones. The qwerty keyboard is nice, it has raised buttons and they are spread out good. The TOTAL DOWNFALL on this phone is the memory. I put a 32GB memory card in it but it was no good. I put the apps on the memory card but it still took up all the internal memory. AND it has NO internal memory, like 856 MB which ain't nothing.
Summary: I like Samsung products when it comes to phones, but this one is a true disappointment. The battery life is truly horrible. I must charge it 2x a day and have it plugged in overnight. Outside of texting this phone is not very useful. It seems to have to think before performing any action...even the texting. Forget about apps, downloading, etc. This phone is not capable. I would not pay over $50 brand new for this phone.
Summary: the internal memory is very low and can not use good as an app smart phone batery life realy short when on wi-fi dont recomend this phone to any real smartphone user not worth the data plan money it takes to run the phone
