Summary: phone arrived early, had difficulty figuring out how to get it out of spanish mode to english. Finally did to find out it would not work with my service. Had to return to store which was an issue even though i had a receipt it wouldn't ring up. Finally got manager to override. I have to say short time i spent with the phone i was pleased with it. I wanted to keep it. OH Well!!!
Excerpt: I use it heavily every day, the battery lasts for ages and I personally love the feel of it. Some features are a bit annoying like the internet but for a nice cheapish phone it is the one to buy. I use it a lot for texting my friends and things like that and checking my emails and it works amazingly. I have small fingers so the small keys aren't a problem and the qwerty key board is a very nice thing to have.
Pros: Good size, lightweight, Cheap, Long battery life, Strong
Summary: It's not what I expected. The features and apps ( the little I could understand) was not impressive. This was worsened by the fact that many of these on the phone that I purchased was not in English. Buyers be aware!
Summary: This is one of the best phones I've owned and I collect them like t-shirts. It's easy to use, everything's intuitive, and the trackball works great. Hopefully I won't lose this one like I've lost so many others.
Summary: I have this phone for about a year now. It works great at first until the next few months i am having trouble with the battery life... It dont even last 4 hours on standby mode, i have to constantly charge it and when i am at home, i have to plug it in a charger while using it. I have also downloaded some apps with it and the more you download, the slower the phone will function. My yahoo messenger keeps freezing with this phone.
This Samsung is filled with simplicity and reliability

Summary: For the immediate future, I needed a simple phone with WIFI, camera, media player, radio, long battery life and reliability; the Samsung Ch@t S-3350 qualified immediately. It has only 12 main sections in the menu; they divide into submenus accordingly. They are easy to access and use. Some require some search. The WIFI ,strangely to me , was tucked away as the 9th option inside the APPS folder way down the list.
Summary: Ordered this phone unlocked as well as 3 other phones from Amazon to use on Walmart's Family mobile plan(T-mobile network). The other 3 phones worked flawless except for this one. Phone would not recognize sim card. Tried sim card from my Daughter's previous T-mobile account..did not work..Tried Sim card from my neighbors At&t phone..does not work..Exchanged phone through Amazon (no hassle what so ever) rec'd new phone with same problems.
