Summary: It worked perfectly fine. This is a very good cell phone for travelling to Europe. Keyboard was unlocked. Didn't ask for a pass code. All you have to do when you go to the other countries find a cell phone shop and prepay for the amount of money you want to use for your cell phone and then talk wherever you want. My husband called me from England for 2 cents a minute with this cell phone.
Summary: This phone did not work for me. So, I do not know if this is specific the the phone I had but it was made for the African countries market. When using the straight talk or solavei Sim cards, they were recognized by the phone but could not get a signal. I thought I got a defective phone until I placed my work phone SIM (AT&T). AT&T worked fine on both slots. All I could think of is that the work SIM is international compatible with roaming, while the others are not.
Summary: The phone isn't working with neither an AT&T SIM card nor a Telefonica (Argentina) SIM card. I've tested both SIM cards in a truly unlocked Samsung Smartphone and, again, both worked ok. I wish I had bought a locked one, it would be much simpler and faster.
