The phone is a good phone, but the one I purchased was not good!

Summary: The process of buying my phone was pretty simple. I received my phone in good time, but unfortunately a month after the buying this phone, I'm having issues with it and I can't return it so I'm stuck with this phone..:( Guess ill have to look to buy another phone somewhere else. It kind of feels like a waste of time/money. I wasn't expecting the phone to die within 30 days.
save your money unless you are looking for a great camera

Summary: i found this phone not to be worth the money. it has a million different gadgets to use but the fact that it is an actual phone gets lost. it is very difficult to use, the keyboard is hard to type on and that is the main reason i bought the phone. the battery life is also not great. however the camera is excellent and taking front pictures is great....but i bought a phone not a camera..

Excerpt: It was a good phone but would not suggest it for heavy usage. Battery was so poor I was charging atleast 3 times per day. Very bluky as well. Not to thrilled about the plactic back.Very flimsy. Processor froze at times and had to go though master reset just to get it too work properly again.
Excerpt: I went to AT&T last night to purchase the new Samsung Captivate Glide and spent almost 2 hours in the store with the Sales Rep. I have been waiting to get rid of my Blackberry Bold. Within 5 minutes of entering the store I was at the counter beginning my transaction. All was going well until he tried to transfer my contacts from my Blackberry Bold to my new Captivate Glide. The machine that they use to transfer the contacts was not updated to support the new phone.
