Summary: I had this phone for just 1 mo. It worked fine for few weeks and stopped recognizing the sim card. It was sold as new phone when it had photos of someone else in its memory. My poor rating is partly for the technical problems and mostly for the untrustworthy vendor. Sending it back now.
Summary: My Captivate Glide i927 was sold by BREED, it is is the worst phone I have ever used. I purchased it for the slide-out keyboard. Maybe it should be obvious, but there is no tactile feel to this keyboard at all. Also, the keys are set up vertically, so those used to a QWERTY keyboard will have a hard time getting used to it. Upon receiving it, I realized the GPS was extremely faulty and took 10+ minutes to get a fix, if at all.
Summary: I make a purchase for a new phone and what I got was a phone used, without box only came in a bag, without battery or charger. this seller is a scammer. advertises a product and upload another. careful not recommend them.
Summary: Bought this phone to use on a long trip overseas. From the beginning it did not hold a charge very long.. The charged battery duration continued to decrease where it would only hold a charge for 1 to 2 hours and then it would not charge at all. Had used the phone for less than a week. Took 2 days of searching for identical samsung battery which cost me $40 for new battery and $30 for taxi. Phone worked until battery charge was used up, then unable to charge phone..
Summary: I received my phone in December and two months to the date the phone went blank screen?? Make sure you have a warranty. There is a reason they only give 1 month, which I did not know until I tried to get it replaced.
Summary: I bought one on May of 2013 as a gift to my wife, and it was a perfect gift. It worked perfectly and has been well until today. Happy for my purchase, I decided to buy one for my wife's brother. I bought it early since October, as a gift for the 24 of December. I live in Colombia so it was complicated buy one, a month before. But, back to the point; the gift was excelent, but after 25 days, the screen begins to freeze and the phone shuts off.
Summary: IT COMPLETELY SUCKS IDK IF THIS PERSON THAT SOLD ME IT WANTED TO JUST GET RID OF IT BECAUSE IT DIES AS SOON AS I CHARGE IT. WASTE OF MONEY COULD'VE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW PHONE, OF COURSE DIFFERENT KIND!! SOOO MAD!!!
