Summary: I got the phone yesterday. It looks sleek but the screen resolution is poor. The most important drawback (at least for me) is that all the menus / prompts are in Spanish and will not work for me. Even the instruction manual is in Spanish. So I'm returning this phone. I would have kept it had it been in English. I was disappointed that nowhere was it mentioned on the website that this phone was built for spanish-speaking customers.
Summary: I got this phone on February and the battery life is very bad. Initialy it was good but after 2 months it turned horrific. After full night charge, the charge does not lasts more than 3pm, if I talk more than 30 minutes. Other features works fine. I would recommend rather buy a pre-paid phone service from ur cell service provider which comes with the phone and use just the phone alone.

Summary: "Cell phone kings", fulfilled by Amazon. Samsung SA-3050 cell phone. Menu was in Spanish. I ordered in English, product info was in English, no indication of Spanish language anywhere. Amazon says I can return, but that means an hour or two packaging and driving to post office, and means that I have to pay postage when they made the error. Not satisfactory at all.
Summary: i bought this for someone as i had one myself and found it nice and simple to use ,the first one i got the screen went blank within 5 mins of switching it on i phoned and thy tried to fix it over the phone but nothing i sent it back got a second one but the slide was broken on this one and felt like it was going to break bad quality , i phoned again after 3 days they called back i explained they tried to tell me its how the phones are as i have one i bought from a shop i...
Summary: I have bought two of these phones now for my Mother. The first one was purchased a while ago (and was a previous model) has had many little problems which have been ignored (such as loud buzzing from the speaker/mic, extremly poor signal reception etc). Because she liked the phone I bought her the updated model and assumed that it would be fat superior. it is not.
