Great All Around Phone
Summary: It's a great (mostly) touch phone that does not require a data plan. Last I heard Verizon had discontinued it, not sure why since it was one of the best selling non-data phones out there. After mine went to the bottom of Little Silver Lake on summer vacation last year, I knew I wanted to get another just like it so hit ebay and am very satisfied.
Summary: I've had a brightside for a year and I LOVE the phone, got used to touch screen and all the other features, Dropped it a million and one times and not a scratch! then the touch screen crapped out on me. I know others who have the phone and have had no problems so I'm thinking it's just a one time thing. I would definitely get another one to replace it but shopping around and looking at the prices I can't afford it and I'm not due for an upgrade til Oct.
Summary: This was a replacement for my wife at an affordable price. The qwerty keyboard is much to her liking due to the easy use as compared to touch screens. The battery has a very good use time between charges and charging is fast. I got this "unlocked" without extra cost and the carrier connected and restored from the damaged unit without any charges (as a service courtesy.
Summary: Its easy to use but takes awhile to get used to. I would recommend this product to others. I purchased this for my upgrade they didn't have this in store or online at Verizon. Most touch screens you have to have internet on it now but with this phone you do not have to. Its very handy having a keyboard as well on it helps you if you have trouble with the touch screen keys.
Summary: For me this is the best non-smartphone on the market! It has a wonderful touch screen, and also keyboard. You can customize this phone and the apps any way you'd like. The ONLY things I don't like about this phone is when you write a text message with the touch screen you don't have a full keyboard, it has a keypad like in the old flip phones. Another disadvantage about this phone is the camera.
Summary: I bought this phone for my wife when the one she already had quit working. The price is very good for what you get, and as non-smart phones go this is about as good as they get. The camera is only mediocre. The phone has very little memory and only stores about 35 pictures, but you can get a sim card that allows you to keep 100's. On the positive side, the phone is easy to use and looks like a smart phone.
Great phone but get a protective bezel to avoid frustration w/edge buttons

Summary: I bought this because my previous one got drowned in some rain water that got into my saddlebag during a patriot guard mission I supported and Verizon wouldn't sell me a replacement; the madness continues. I first bought a used one, which has the apparent dreaded broken recharge port. So on to the new blue. Its the smartest dumb phone out there and has a delightfully large and readable screen for those of us requiring reading glasses.
Summary: This phone is meant for people who wants to talk and text. Despite the boring games, this game is very well crafted for texting. It has very comfortable buttons, and is very fast with the sending, The camera isn't too great (considering its only 3.2 megapixels), so don't let the advertisement fool you. The screen is very clear and bright, so don't worry about the sun messing up your view.
