Summary: I have had two of these phones, l loved the first one but dropped it breaking the s speaker. The new . One worked fora month then would not work, seems as if s speaker went out? Not tech support from Canadiancompany
Summary: Was told it worked like brand new and when I received it....it wouldnt turn on and no indication it was charging! definitely not ordering anything else from this retailer! Makes me kind of cautious to order anything online now....if I do I will make sure to order brand new items instead.... :(
Summary: I would like to rate this a ZERO stars, I more than hate it. This is the worst phone I have ever owned. It gets extremely hot when used over 10 minutes. I mean hot as in painful burning on your ear. When it gets hot, I could hardly understand what was being said by the other person.
Summary: They gave me the wrong back to this phone when they sent it all together. Really not to happy about it. I even had the people at AT&T trying to shove it on. It would not fit. I had to use caulk and tape to keep it on. I didn't want to buy a new back because I'd probably get screwed over again.
Summary: I made a mistake buying this phone as it was not compatible with my provider. The problem is that the item is very confusing: it shows the content of the box with accessories but Newegg tells me because it is OEM, it is not guaranteed to be included. There were no USB cable and no User's manual.
Summary: I owned this model from 8/2008 to 11/2010 and it felt like an old phone after a few months - couldn't wait to get rid of it. I replaced it with a Samsung focus WP7 phone and the difference was like night and day.
Pros: Works as a phone.
Cons: The smartphone features are painful to use for this day and age. I felt that the jog wheel was torture to use. I didn't find that the physical keyboard was any better than a soft keyboard - and the fact that it cuts the screen size down to 2+ inches was not a worthwhile tradeoff. No more updates ...
Summary: I thought I would NOT get a 'smart phone' and use this as a 'second phone'. If it got lost - no big deal. This is the kind of phone you hope 'gets lost' because it is such a pain to use.
Pros: Good Call quality - Voice is clear incoming/outgoing As a Senior Software Engineer - and a very 'high tech' person - I have no issue with the device unit quality. The Windows Mobile Phone v 6.1 Operating System (OS) however is a joke. Thank goodness I am an engineer - set up everything - but what...
Cons: Once you have a call ongoing - and need to 'walk through' automated menus - I had all sorts of problems with the phone confusing feature commands - and not being able to tell when to ignore key presses - and when to pass key presses as instructions for the phone. This is just one example of a rea...
Summary: I bought this to send to someone out of state that was stranded without a phone. They followed the instructions to the letter and couldn't get the battery to charge. What a waste of money. You would think a phone this expensive would at least have a battery that works as advertised.
