Samsung Cell phone is too complicated for rookie to use.
9 September 2012
Excerpt: I bought a new Samsung cell phone to use for emergencies only. I am technology challenged so I was looking for a cell phone that was easy to use. I thought I had found it. The salesman assured me that I would have no problems. Well, was he ever wrong. This phone can be set up for internet, voice mail, and texting. Not at all what I was looking for. All I wanted was a simple cell phone.
If you text, this phone is not for you. Only good as a phone. Hate it....

Summary: We do not like this phone at all. It is very small and very hard to use. Forget the text feature. If you text, this phone is not for you. It is really only good as a phone. That's it. Look at other phones.
Phone broken after a little over 2 months ( No Warranty)
31 October 2010
Summary: This phone seems to be ok to start with. The only problem is... it broken after a little over 2 months. I contacted Amazon and was told that it is out of return window ( given a month) and now I have to contact Samsung if I have further questions. Really a nightmare to me. ( please keep an close eye on the title, it says blah blah blah NO Warranty ). Watch out, shoppers.
Summary: I ordered 2 of these phones based on the user feedback. Hands down, nobody can argue with the phones sleek look and messaging system. Only problem is.....after 4 days one of the phones does not work any more. I cannot hear or answer calls that come in. Both voice and speaker do not work. I am trying to get in touch with the provider and hope that they will respond based on this comment.
Summary: I received this phone that was suppossedly new from Ross Cellular shipped by Amazon. The Samsung manufacturer seal was broken and taped over with clear tape. The seal clearly states "Do not accept if seal is broken." This was an unlocked phone with no sim card. I don't see any reason Ross Cellular would have needed to open it. I returned it to Amazon for refund, but it was an annoying waste of my time and delay in obtaining new phone.
Summary: i got this phone for christmas in 2009 and it broke within the first two weeks and it keept braking and i had to keep sending it away wich got verry frustrating where i just gave up and got a new phone
