Good phone, but confusing keyboard

Summary: Phone display is a little busy so it makes it somewhat confusing. Otherwise, this is a good phone. I would recommend this phone to anyone who doesn't like the smart phones. Samsung makes a good product.
Summary: The phone arrived right on time but it won't turn on. I'm not sure if I haven't had it plugged in long enough or if it's the battery or charger. Plugged in there's nothing to indicate it's charging so I'm not really sure what I'm going to do.
Summary: this phone works but only barely. I realize that everyone gets a phone in different condition. It's usually a matter of luck. however, my phone randomly shuts off and people on the other end of the phone line can barely hear me.I am getting a new phone since i contacted the seller.
Summary: I purchased the Alias 2 to replace an older one that I have had for a number of years. The phone meets all my needs and is very easy to use. The main reason for purchase was the price and high quality of Samsung phones. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a basic phone.
Summary: i cant rate the phone its self because i am returning it. it turns out that Verizon requires a $10 a month data plan for using the phone. you would think that they would not make you pay for a data plan on a non-smart phone that was bought third party.
Summary: The Samsung Alias 2 was a good phone. I actually really liked it however it did have a slight issue with durability. I have had 3 Alias 2 phones. The first one was a random incident which I won't fault the design for.
