"Battery life when using as an android makes it unusable"

speedracerterri, CNET
15 November 2013
  • Pros: It has held up well for the price however it is so worthless as if you use it as android battery lasts 4 hours tops. Have went thru two. Wanted to upgrade to longer life, cheaper than a new one but found Cricket to be no help. Can't contact via email.
  • Cons: phone has nice screen and has held up well.

Battery life when using as an android makes it unusable

speedracerterri, CNET
15 November 2013
  • Summary: ordered a new battery same thing. Searched on line for upgrading battery on this particular phone..pulled up match but when it took me to cricket site there was no battery upgrade. Just new phones. i only use 1 mg of internet time a month but pay as if i have unlimited access. Can't use as a hot spot as Cricket says phone won't do it... but is sold as 'android. Don't buy it.

Ugh.

Amanda, Amazon
28 August 2013
  • Summary: Not the worst phone I've ever had, but it's definitely not the best either. It was good for the first couple weeks, but it didn't take long before I was having complaints. It freezes and freaks out on an almost daily basis and drives me absolutely insane!

  • Pros: The Admire Android is a budget Android.
  • Cons: The Admire Android eats up your battery too quick and freezes up too much.

this is a pretty bad phone

Ali Ahsan Mizan, Amazon
3 January 2013
  • Summary: here are the problems I've experienced with this phone: sometimes for no reason at all, it turns off on me. sometimes, a .nomedia file will randomly appear in my music and videos folder, making it seem like my phone either deleted all my media or it can't read the files. There was one instance where my phone somehow corrupted pictures and videos that I've taken on it to the point where they were unreadable. Also, this has s*** internal memory: only 256 mb.

Unreliable

K.Lewis, Amazon
18 July 2012
  • Summary: This device has a constant problem of dropping a call immediately after dialing. The screen says "disconnected" but you can still hear ringing / the person on the other end, but you cannot talk back or hang up. I sent the first one back and the replacement had the exact same problem. The only way to fix is to remove the battery and cross your fingers. Happens daily. I prefer Droid, but this model is a lemon in my experience.
