Extremely Bad Experience with Blackberry ordered on Amazon!

Summary: the phone I purchased through Amazon could not be used by me and was already assigned a phone number and after much running around to Verizon stores, I had to return the phone through the postoffice - a huge inconvenience. . It was a very upsetting experience and I do not understand how Amazon could sell me a blackberry that was already in use with another and had an assigned phone number in place.
Summary: This review is regarding a "new" blackberry 9930 from TECH COMMUNICATIONS / TABLET DISTRIBUTORS (the company name switched shortly after ordering for some reason) The good..shipped fast, prompt response from customer service. Now the bad news.. I ordered a NEW phone, the item i received was clearly used.
Summary: I reached out to K&K directly but received no response. They did not deliver a Verizon Phone but a T Mobile. As some of you may know, Verizon won't allow other coded phones on their network. I sent them a note to inform me of how they would like to rectify but received no response.
Summary: The phone didn't work. It wouldn't turn on. I tried changing the battery and its charger but stilI got no luck. So I contacted the seller, and asked what to do with it and never got any response. Waste of money!!
Summary: This phone is not as described.it is supposed to be a new phone but obviously it's a refurbished phone.I wish I could return it but the phone is already in Africa. Too many problems with the phone.
Summary: This is only the 2nd review I ever wrote and that's because either the buyer sold me a defective version (even though was wrapped like new) or this phone suck (doesn't turn off, ball in the middle doesn't move). I paid $250 on a device that's worthless. Blackberry used to be awesome and lately they've been getting worse and worse and more unreliable.
