Pros: Gets service in areas where most smart phones struggle. great Browser and incredible screen. large memory for pictures, music and documents. my computer on the go. I would absolutly love this phone if it wasn't for the problems i will list below
Cons: within the first month tiny screws began to just fall out of the phone. AT&T refused to replace under warranty. looks like I will be switching phones AND service providers. the phone cost way too much money for it to have these problems
"Worst cell phone I've owned and that goes back 18 years"

Pros: the keyboard is easy to type with and the display is good.
Cons: Unreliable service, drops calls, waivers in and out of service despite full bars, spontaneously reboots in the middle of calls, the track ball is cheap and drags and stutters. I loved my last Blackberry and upgrading was a juge mistake.
"Had two of them . too many problems to list here"

Pros: Email works well
Cons: AT&T is the biggest problem. The signal in Greater LA is ZILCH. I get disconnected frequently . The phone resets whenever it feels like. ON TWO OF THE BLACKBERRY BOLD phones I have . AT&T stills takes my 100% good money fro their crappy services.
