Features

The Philips C600 is a dual-mode handset that works on Tri-band GSM networks (900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz), and on CDMA 800 MHz. The phone also has two call keys, one for GSM and one for CDMA. Other features include a 2.4 inch QVGA touch screen display, an MP3 player, a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording for QCIF files at 15 frames per second as well as the capability to capture images with 1280 x 1024 pixel resolutions. Users can then share these videos or images with friends and family via its MMS function or synchronize it with other Bluetooth compatible devices. Users can also download applications from the internet onto a PC and transfer them to the handset via a microUSB v1.1 cable. These files can then be stored on the phone’s 2.5 MB of internal memory that is supported by MicroSD card up to 2 GB of extra space. Users can also choose to download applications directly onto the phone with its GPRS with class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots) 32 - 48 kbps transfer rate; EDGE or HSCSD data transfer capabilities, or browse the internet with its WAP 2.0 / xHTML functions. The Philips C600 also supports up to 30 received, dialed or missed calls, allowing users to be kept up to breast on who’s been contacting them or who they’ve been contacting themselves.
