Pros: I have dropped this phone literally innumerable times straight onto concrete and the screen hasn't cracked or anything broken on it in the 2 and a half years I have had it. It has some much potential with mobile email, tv, banking, and web surfing. The GP
Pros: This phone is great for texting. I love having the full keyboard and the keypad...in case you want to text with two hands or only have one free. Also, for those of us with chubby cheeks, you won't hang up on your friends when your cheek touches the screen
Cons: In order to have your favorite songs as ring tones, the music files must be less than a certain amount to set as a ringtone. You can still play the song, but can't set it as a ring tone. Weird.
Pros: -Extremely strong build -Both types of keyboards= easy to function whether dialing or texting -Awesome QWERTY layout. My favorite keyboard on any phone I have used. -Great screen size -Great sound -Battery Life
Cons: -Bulky (however, it makes up for it in durability)
Excerpt: i have had this phone for about 9th months, and yes the screen is scratched and it can slide both ways easily, but its a great phone. It has a very easy keyboard and emoticons are very easy to use, you can learn the keyboard just as you would one on a computer. The camera is not good unless you change settings to specific things like daylight and tungsten, etc. It has internet access which is cool and is an mp3 player with a memory chip.
