Summary: Overall, I am satisfied with this phone. Bought for my teenager whose old phone gave up the ghost. My daughter's only complaint is that she is unable to receive picture messages on this phone. Perhaps due to the fact that we use T-Mobile as our provider, and technically this is a att phone.
Summary: Really good, basic phone, Blackberry-ish style, lightweight, awesome features. I wish: qwerty keys were a lil bigger or easier to type on, although they're very manageable. Also wish that the Groups mode allowed more contacts to be added. I definitely would recommend it!!
a true bang for your buck-- a "smartphonesque" value phone

Summary: the pantech link p7040 unlocked is a great choice for anyone looking for a solid keyboard from a non smartphone. I use t-mobile service with my unlocked link, and somehow (I haven't entirely figured out how this has happened) I get 3G speeds with the phone even though the 3G tmobile bandwidth shouldn't work on this phone. That's an AMAZING bonus that I wasn't expecting to receive.
Summary: I purchased this phone as a gift for my mom and I really like it! However, before I ordered it, I didn't realize the camera had such poor quality (compared to other phones these days). That's the only feature I wasn't impressed with. Other than that... great phone! It's very lightweight and easy to use!
cheap phone that will ably handle a lot of text and store a bit of data

Summary: this is a great qwerty phone for texting and messaging. while it was primarily marketed for the go-phone market, it will accept account sim-cards from at&t and t-mobile (familiarize yourself with dangers of locking a phone with an improper sim installation first, however, when switching between carriers).
Summary: It works well. Unless you use AT&T you can't get access to the web or send pictures . I am using a sim card from straight talk. Coverage is provided by Cellularone. Not great. Phone is really nice.
Summary: This makes so much more sense than buying cell insurance for $7/mo + $50 deductible for replacement! Phone works great for talk and text, that's all we need. Moving parts break - sliders, flip, this one lasts longer in my house.
Summary: I bought this phone as a replacement phone for my daughter. She's had PANTECH before and we've been pleased. This isn't a "smart phone" but works very well and she's happy with the phone overall. It resembles a Blackberry with the full keyboard and has similar features but is not a Blackberry. Overall we are pleased with it and is a great deal for the price no doubt!!
