  • Summary: Nice looking phone, sweet design, but HEATS UP LIKE FIRE. Had to return because it burns up your ear while talking on the phone.

Don't waste your money, there are better phones out there.

  • Summary: It broke after 3 weeks of using, this is my second Pantech Laser, the first one overheated after a year and the keyboard broke on this after three weeks. The battery life goes by fairly quickly. Overall, this is a nice sleek phone, but would not recommend to anyone after my experience of two phones being broken after a short amount of time and I am the type of person to be very careful with my phones.

Very susceptible to water damage due to thin-ness of phone

  • Summary: Decent looking phone - however, due to its "thin-ness", it gets water damaged very easily. I had this phone for about a month and its screen kept freezing. I took it in to AT&T and the rep told me that it had water-damage. I asked how since I am very careful about keeping my phone away from water. I was told that because it it so thin, you aren't supposed to take it in a room with humidity (like bathroom) or keep it in your pants pocket due to the heat from your body.

  • Summary: I would never get this phone again as an adult. It might be a good phone for teenagers.
  • Pros: Nice screen. Touch sreen can be used with finger nails. Key board is easy to use.
  • Cons: Only will accept 300 texts whether they have 1 letter or 1500 letters it only accepts 300 texts. I can't put anything else into my calendar with out deleting prior events or tasks. Not an option to have reoccuring items in your calendar.

  • Summary: Was nice for the first two months. Humidity will make the water damage indicator activate. Dropped it once and it never worked again. Even with insurance AT&T said they wouldn't replace it since the sensitive damage indicator.
  • Pros: sleek, good texting phone, no data plan needed
  • Cons: short battery life, broke after two months, ATT will not replace it, screen froze
