Summary: Overall, this phone was not worth the cost. Although it was $0 down with a contract, they slip in fees each month with total upwards of $200. The only things I liked about the phone were its nice keyboard and durability. I don't know how many times the phone has doubled as a means to output the frustration in caused. Stood up really well, aside from a few nicks in the paint and some scratches on the screen.
Pros: Good keyboard, very durable (played tennis with it after the contract ended), fits almost anywhere
Cons: Slow, takes as eternity to access the internet, repeated messages, not a responsive touch screen, overpriced, bad call quality, less than okay camera.
Summary: THis phone has broke three times because of every call being dropped, microphone breaking and camera, and battery, ANd not turning on and i'm careful with phones also it calls random people all the time.
Pros: Thin, good screen, keyboard
Cons: glitchy, breaks all the time, camera, battery, user interface
Summary: Don't. Buy. This. Phone. The Pantech Laser is a big waste of money. For starters: The touch screen is terrible. I found that touching one thing will select something on the opposite side of the screen (after a calibration). The battery life: About 1 and a half hours. I used the charger so much that the cable broke.
Pros: Thin and appealing
Cons: Touch Screen freezes, EXTREMELY short battery life, becomes very hot during calls
Summary: This phone has a lot of issues, and a lot is a understatement! I had my first laser for 3 months, and then the place where the charger connects to the phone stopped working; i had gotten a new charger and battery, nothing worked. I would have to rig the phone to sit up high so the charger was a certain angle to chargefor a short time. So I was sent a replacement phone, I have had it for about a year now and I've had problems ever since I got it.
Summary: I got this phone in August and by December the screen was black and I was unable to see anything. There was nothing I could do because they said I didn't have a warranty and it was my fault though I did nothing to the phone. I had a case on it and I didn't drop it that much.
Pros: -Really thin, -Attractive, -Easy to Use Keyboard
Cons: -Doesn't hold charge long, -Breaks easily, fragile
Summary: this phone is the worst!!!! the battery life makes it completely a joke, i would fully charge it over night then go to school with it on in my pocket and after about 3 hours of no use it would die. then i got a replacement phone, same issue. got another battery, still didn't work, got ANOTHER battery and still doesn't work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Excerpt: my son got the same a while ago, Over all, I love all features except the following two: 1. the precision of rolling the contacts doesn't do what you want. 2. the battery lift is too short doesn't perform as claimed 14 days for standby and 5 hours talking. It ends up I have charge the phone every night.
Cons: it maybe very common. My son and I both have the same phone, and have to charge every night.
