Excerpt: Just got this phone a couple of months ago. I find that I am starting to really like it. I agree that it is a little hard to answer sometimes but it does not deter from the value of the phone. I like the way it fits into my hand and I LOVE the key board. The size of the keys make it easy to text. My sister got the blue and I got the pink. Pink is not my favorite color but it has grown on me.
Excerpt: I got this phone for free because my contract with AT&T was up (gotta love that). I looked at several different phones, but liked this one the most. First off, mine is in blue, not pink. It flips open to show a full keyboard (which is a must for me... I love texting). The camera on it is 2.0 mps, which is pretty good for a cell. Plus, this phone has the slot for a mini sd card so you can store a ton of pictures and videos.
Excerpt: I bought this phone about eight months ago for my wife, and it's done pretty good. The graphics on the phone are great. Everything is really clear and bright. The phone is easy to navigate, and with the screen on the inside being so big, it's not hard to find what you need. The sound is really good on this phone. You can adjust the volume to fit your needs, and the ringer can be adjusted as well. The touch screen on the front is nice as well.
Excerpt: I upgraded my phone about a year ago from some old generic phone to a Pantech Impact. And an Impact it has made! (Har har, funny joke.) It took me a second to get used to how it looks (kinda odd, if you ask me), but eventually it grew on me and I think it looks great. However, what I appreciate the most is the full QWERTY keyboard.
Pantech Impact for sure, wow is this phone durable!

Excerpt: The name says it all, "Impact", this phone is one tough cookie. I have had it for just over a year now. This was my first "fancy" texting phone, really wanted to be "cool" and have a keyboard so after looking at a few phones at different stores we ( hubby and I both got one) decided to get the Pantech impact (blue) We loved the design of the touch screen and flip up key board.
Happy Dance when I found this phone to replace the exact one pup chewed up.

Summary: I bought this phone to replace the exact one that my pup got a hold of, don't think I have to say anymore about the end result.. AT&T does not have this phone for sell any longer and wanted to sell me something else. That was more costly and I don't need all the extra features that they were pushing onto me. This phone is easy for me to text with and easy to program who you want on speed dial.
Summary: Pretty easy to use phone that is a cheap(but good value) alternative to a smart phone. The battery is just like every other phone....It doesn't seem to last as long as I would like to use it. However, the features work great. Camera isn't too bad. You have to hold it steady for a while to get a good shot but it works and performs the basic functions with ease.
Summary: Well the phone works good and text is easier than my Pantech Matrix. The other reviews mentioned bad camera positioning and it is going to take some getting used to that is for sure. Audio quality is great and phone charges quickly. I think i got a good phone for the money and it is very nice to text on. The conversation feature could have been left out as far as i am concerned but it is what it is. I love the location of the charging port and micro sd slot.
All in all the phone is a good purchase for the price.

Summary: It seems that the battery doesn't last near as long as it says it will. However the phone is not considered a 'new' model that you would buy off the shelf today, so battery life may be due to non usage. Otherwise I like the phone and it's features. It was fairly easy to get used to after having had a touch screen phone for a couple years. Like the idea of not having to have a contract with this economy never know when you will have to cancel your subscription.
