Summary: This was a huge disappointment. I ordered this phone with extra batteries as well. However, it would work for a short peoiod of time..and battery was down...It wasn't until I went to the local Verizon store and complained...immediately it was determined it had been shipped with the WRONG charger.
Summary: This is a pretty phone with an ugly soul. The user interface does not register a "keypress" if you linger a millisecond too long (for example, you press a button DELIBERATELY or EMPHATICALLY). It only registers a glancing tap.
Summary: I bought this phone for a nice user-friendly phone, but the phone is horrible. The touch screen is very sensitive. If I try to touch Message then it slides over to the next screen. My sister also got this phone and it was great for about five months and then it started to get really sensitive.
Summary: UGH... I am only writing this for the benefit of anyone considering buying this. I am saving you a lot of anger and pain... This thing (phone, if you can even call it that) is slower than the orbit of Pluto. At least when Pluto revolves around the Sun, something is happening. I am in college..
There are plenty of other, equal options that work better.

Summary: I've started to think the reason companies offer phones like this, is to encourage people to go to smartphones, as feature/basic phones haven't really improved by much in the past few years, but smartphones have diversified exponentially.
